When you reach your fishing spot, the flip of a switch lowers the unit 14 inches down to the ice. Drill your holes, drop your line and get ready to pull in the big ones! If you don't have good results at that spot, simply flip the switch again - and SnoBear rises up off the ice. Then off you go to a new spot and maybe better luck!
